He's having a few of his friends over here for a sleepover on Friday. He BEGGED to have one and I figured this is the last time he can have a sleepover for at least a year. For those that don't know, we're moving in with my parents in December for the next year. We're going to pay off debt, put money in savings and hope to get into a house after that. I have all my paperwork into the school district and just need to have the background check done and I can hopefully start working soon!
On another note, a friend of mine (fellow blogger) mentioned that she was making her blog private, so only friends of hers could see it. I realized how easy it is for others to see my blog from other people's pages and vice versa. My sister, Alishia, also expressed a concern to see her nieces and nephews exposed in detail for all to see and how people have stolen pictures and found people. SO, I've decided to make mine private. For those who's e-mails I don't have, PLEASE send it to me so I can add it to the list. I'll do that on Saturday to give people a chance to get me their e-mail addresses. Either leave it as a comment or e-mail me: sunomannuh28mom@aol.com
My baby is 9 and I can hardly believe it!

I don't blame you for going private. I dealt with a girl for a long time (and still occasionally do) who was stealing pictures of other people's kids and claiming them as her own. That's why I put the copyright on my pictures.
I think going private is a smart thing when putting pics of your kids. I used to be public, but through my sitemeter/statcounter I noticed a visitor who came at least once a day from Hong Kong, sometimes 2 or 3 times! And I don't know anyone from Hong Kong. They kept finding my blog by googling my kids' names. And they kept out-clicking on my kids' pictures, so I knew that they were looking at them. It kinda freaked me out, to say the least! We just need to keep our kids safe, ya know? Do you have my e-mail? thereberfamily AT hotmail DOT com
Anyway, I'm glad Kevin had a good birthday. My kids are the same way with new clothes - they have to wear them right away! And good luck with living with your parents. It's certainly not easy, but sometimes we have to do it. Hopefully you'll be able to get everything taken care of and get a house! How exciting!
Thanks for adding me. I love reading your blog.
